KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
You will be responsible for less complex and run-out customer accounts and for providing customer service support for a broad client base whilst supporting the wider customer service department. You will produce quotes, progress orders, manage renewals, and handle one stop shop client enquiries.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Produce quotes, progressing orders and handling wide-ranging enquires, meeting agreed service levels.
Develop an understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and be able to explain at driver and fleet manager level
Develop the skills and know-how to resolve routine enquiries via telephone/email/fax/web, effectively prioritising workload.
Understand the different functional areas of our client and develop relationships with key operational areas.
To process customer bespoke requests, reports and off-system processes.
Produce routine system reports and manipulate raw system data to produce Excel formatted customer bespoke reports.
